If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask you to let us know at least 24 hours in advance. 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend an appointment, may result in a charge of 25% of the cost of the reserved service.
This policy allows us to organise our schedule more efficiently and offer available appointments to other clients.
